- What are Ford retiree benefits?
Ford cares about its employees and having healthy employees equates to better performance, which is beneficial to the company. Especially with the increasing cost of health care today, some employees may not have enough safety nets in case of medical emergencies. The Ford Retiree Benefits program presents various options for Ford employees regarding possible benefits options.
What will happen if I am unable to enroll?
If you are unable to enroll in the Ford Retiree Benefits program, you will lose your coverages and ability to make claims. Failure to renew your enrolment will result in you losing your medical, dental, vision, group legal, or any coverage levels (for voluntary benefits) that you currently have.
